The buses will be provided to the bus operator by the Council. The Contract will last for up to 7 (seven) years with a break clause after year 3 (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract). The successful bus operator will be required to sign a services agreement with the Council. Registration and use of in-tend is free.
