The primary means of obtaining information from the PTME is via a PTME Questionnaire The objective of the PTME is to: confirm that the draft specification is fit for purpose; identify any gaps or potential risks; to create market awareness for the opportunity; and to obtain feedback from the suppliers on their level of interest in tendering for the Authority's requirement.
