Active engagement is required from an advisor with detailed knowledge and prior experience of such funds and, ideally, good knowledge of the relevant stakeholders in North East England. The consultant will work closely with the Project Delivery Team to support the later stages of fund manager procurement; complex financial modelling; creation of investment policy documentation; engagement with stakeholders on all aspects of project development and delivery; senior level presentations; negotiations with the European Investment Bank and other funders; creating governance structures and coordination of recruitment activities.
