CT10 1NE. (Building located in the Albion Street, Car Park, Broadstairs). Works to include, but not limited to: new porch with kitchenette, new toilet configuration to facilitate new disabled toilet and ladies and gents toilets, decorations, installation of electric heating throughout, creation of store room.
