Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) has secured outline planning permission on two council owned sites in Flitwick and Leighton Buzzard to develop a range of accommodation based facilities that seek to improve the quality of life of older people in Central Bedfordshire. Business cases, providing an appraisal of and justification of capital investment is required for each development as set out in the quotation document (RFQ). Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.
