It is intended that this framework will be used for the Places for People's and their group subsidiaries media needs. The initial term of the contract will be 12 months, with two (2) possible optional 12 month extensions, making a potential maximum contract term of three (3) years. The successful supplier will be tasked with creating a series of carefully-crafted annual paid media plans across approximately 15 priority property developments within the UK.
