The proposed agreement will be the recommended corporate finance solution for the UK Public Sector and will look to deliver value for money to the taxpayer when delivering corporate finance services whether transactional or advisory services. The commercial solution at this stage will consist of two lots, one for the delivery of corporate finance advisory services and the second for specific transactional corporate finance activity.
