The first cycle will commence in January 2019 and the latest before the end of April 2025. Each 360° feedback assessment would conclude with formal evaluation and feedback from the provider within four weeks of the close of each assessment. Expressions of Interest and Tenders must be submitted via the In-Tend portal [in-tendhost.co.uk/hse/aspx/Home](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hse/aspx/Home). No other means of submitting your bid is permissible unless in exceptional circumstances and with the advance agreement of HSE Procurement Unit. Potential suppliers will be required to formally register their interest and "Opt In" to the opportunity though this portal and to complete and submit the Tender Submission Form at Schedule B.
