This building will be used to provide overnight respite care for children and young people who may have multiple disabilities, complex medical needs and challenging behaviour, and are aged 8 to 17 years. AfC engaged with the relevant market by publishing a PIN on the 14th November 2018 and a Contract notice on 9th January 2019 inviting tenders for this service.
