However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. We will be awarding a framework agreement for the provision of woodland and tree surveys, potentially including urban trees, to detect, assess and sample for the presence of specific tree pests and diseases in England. Our intention is to award this framework agreement for a period of four years starting from 01/04/2020 to replace the existing framework agreement (SF003/2016).
