The support provided will be appropriate for the individual service user and relevant to their Pathway stage. Service users will have a variety of support needs that include alcohol and substance misuse, mental health, and offending.It is expected that the service will offer flexibility in response to the needs of service users. Service provision will include recognition that service users with chaotic lifestyles will not conform to a normal 9-5 working day and will require support outside of these hours. The service will provide 24 hour staffing in recognition of the nature of the client group.
