The Tender will be computed in strict accordance with the Specification, however, where the Contractor wishes to put forward alternative equipment or method to that specified, notice in writing must be given at the time the Tender is submitted stating Additional information: The entire tendering process must be carried out through the ProActis (Due North) ProContract system.
