Following a successful contract term the extant arrangement expires in December 2019, the Council is leading a new tender exercise on behalf of those participating Authorities within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to establish a successive single provider contract for the next three years (plus any optional extension period). The requirement is to establish a planned maintenance regime for the passenger and goods lift services within the portfolio of council owned assets. This to be supplemented under the framework terms to include the ability to obtain quotes (in line with an agreed schedule of rates) to carry out planned repairs and overhauls as and when approved by the relevant Council. The lift sites / buildings are listed in the attached asset register and include sheltered housing sites, multi storey car parks, office accommodation, an entertainment complex and other public buildings, all of which are located within Hampshire. ## CPV classification Lift-maintenance services Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/138dc8de-347a-486d-bce7-2147c29b9dd4) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
