Independent, suitably qualified, estates professional consultant and project management expertise will be required to lead on review of the areas in scope and to develop designs for each of these areas in collaboration with DVLA's Estates Management Group (EMG). DVLA requires the Supplier to adopt a consultancy approach in developing designs and agreeing space planning and/or full technical designs for various spaces of different uses, in consultation with DVLA and its stakeholders.
