Durham County Council ('the Council') intends to award a position on the Framework to a maximum four (4) contractors. The Framework Agreement is also available for use by NEPO Members and Associate Members (A list of all member organisations is available at [nepoportal.org](https://www.nepoportal.org)) ("The Contracting Bodies"). The Council estimates that over the 48 months the value of the Framework Agreement will range between £1,000,000 and £15,000,000. However the Council makes no guarantee as to the amount of work or contracts, if any, awarded under the Framework Agreement for any or all Framework Members.
