This procurement is being undertaken by Sandwell Children's Trust ("the Trust") in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services being procured fall under Schedule 3 of the regulations and are subject to the light touch regime. The estimated annual contract value is £133m.
