Therefore, we require an automated DNA size selection system that allows both fragment selection within specified ranges (e.g. for adapter dimer removal) and high-pass size selection (e.g. for long-read sequencing). This system should be able to process a minimum of 5 samples per run. The NGS core facility is based at the National Institute of Biological Standards and Control.
