This project will facilitate the delivery of internal and external refurbishment works to the youth centre in order to provide a safe space for the use of the site as a short breaks hub, in line with the Employer's Requirements and specifications included within the tender pack. The client (CYP directorate within the council) has requested the works be delivered before the commencement of the school summer holidays at the end of July 2019.
