The Procurement is being managed by NEL, on behalf of the Authority, in connection with a request for quotation (RfQ) exercise, governed by the terms of the NHS Standard Contract 2019/20 Service Conditions (Shorter Form). Any Contract awarded as a result of this RfQ will be subject to the terms and conditions of the NHS Standard Contract 2019/20 Service Conditions (Shorter Form).
