The Trust may award the works in both buildings to one supplier or split the buildings between two separate contractors ### Northfield House We have reviewed the gas consumption which averages out at 32kw per hour, (32 kW is a peak at the coldest time of year, average is a lot less.) this being the case smaller boilers can be installed to suit. ### Glebe House We are looking for a more economical solution, as the heating system will be connected to the main heating circuit within next 3-4years.
