## About this tender

Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries Consortium (EMMAC) to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Library stock materials

EMMAC Consortium consists of;

### Cambridgeshire County Council

Creative Learning Services (CLS),

### Derby City Council

### Derbyshire County Council

Inspire; Culture Learning & Libraries (Midlands) (known as "Inspire") - Nottinghamshire County Council's library service operating as a charitable organisation

Inspire's Education Library Service (ELS)

Leicestershire County Council

### Leicester City Council

### Nottingham City Council

Peterborough City Council

### Rutland County Council

Any resulting framework agreement will be entered into by Inspire as the lead member of the consortium.

The framework agreement will be split into 3 lots

- Lot 1 Adult fiction, non-fiction books and standing orders
- Lot 2 Children's and young adult fiction and non-fiction books, books for education library services; including non-fiction to support Foundation, KS1 and KS2 and some provision for KS3 and KS4
- Lot 3 DVDs

A single provider is to be awarded for each lot.
