This service will cover the geographical area of Gwent. 2.2 The service required will be ordered as and when required, with a maximum response time of three hours. The requests will either be co-ordinated through the Fleet Department or if out of office hours via the Force Control Room. Historically the Commissioner has placed approximately 200 orders per year.
