Therefore WDC, in conjunction with BID Leamington and Leamington Town Council will be issuing a tender this year to select a supplier to erect Christmas illuminations in the Leamington Spa town centre. The contract will require the provision of: some/all illuminations, infrastructure, testing (illuminations, timers, and anchor bolts), installation, maintenance, removal and storage of the illuminations. The duration of this contract will be 4 years. This contract is split into 2 areas: - the acquisition of new lights (purchase or lease), - the installation, removal, storage (including existing pre-owned lights) and maintenance. Suppliers are invited to attend an pre-market engagement event on Thursday 31st January 2019.
