The first phase will comprise the refurbishment of 302-304, the extension at the rear, a connection to the former Deptford Town Hall (a Grade II listed building) and additional areas. The objective of the building works project is to develop a dedicated Enterprise Hub, a faility that will provide a business incubation and innovation space that serves both Goldsmiths students and alumni, and the wider community of SMEs and start-ups in the New Cross area.
