The SAR is to be delivered in line with Hounslow's safeguarding adult review policy. This is to be a paper-based review due to the time since death and the proportion of the SAR that involves another placing local authority and health trust. We are looking for reviewers who preferably have a police background and experience of conducting SARs involving adults with learning difficulties. The expression of interest is open until 18:00 On Wednesday 21st August 2019.
