The requirement is to remove the water by a series of parallel field drains that discharge to a detention basin, this detention basin is anticipated to be flooded in the wet months and reduce in size throughout the dryer months. It is not the intention of the Council to create a pond thus restricting the capacity for attenuation. The works are as detailed in associated drawing schedule TS-12016/01 & 06.
