This must include ensuring access is available during peak times of demand, including Bank Holidays and across the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. ### Local Context Extended access services have historically been provided across the Hambleton, Richmondshire & Whitby (HRW) CCG (the commissioner) locality under a NHSE Yorkshire & Humber contract.
