This is a complex high-end imaging system which must incorporate the features outlined below, including FCS, two colour FCCS, fluorescence lifetime FCS (FLCS/FLCCS), stimulated emission depletion (STED)-FCS and total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRF-M) to allow the development of multi-point camera based FCS measurements. On this basis, bidders are encouraged to apply for all or individual parts of the system's capabilities as they see fit and consider whether these can be best supported on one or more microscope stands.
