The successful Suppliers awarded a position on the framework will be responsible for providing the service. The tender is divided into 3 lots: - Lot 1 Ex Works (collected from suppliers depot) - Lot 2 Delivered to Highway Maintenance Depot, 15 Stores Rd, DE21 4BD - Lot 3 Delivered to other locations within the City of Derby boundary This contract is for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further two years in annual increments. Value is based full 4 year period. Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 17 December 2017. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response. The deadline for returns is 14:00 on 18th December 2017.
