The requirements for each of the events are the same and are detailed below: ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: ### Number of participants: 250 Location: Central London location (close to central tube station) Rooms: 14-15 rooms to accommodate a minimum of 30 people AV requirements: 14 Laptops; flipcharts and speakers in each room; AV technician on site Catering: Dining area for 250 people, 3 coffee breaks and lunch ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Rooms: 2 large spaces which can accommodate 120 people each for keynote address Interested parties should email to request the RFP and associated tender documentation.
