The Contract is expected to run from 1st April 2019 for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. Deadline for ITT responses is 10:00am on 1st November 2018. Pennfields Medical Centre currently opens 5 days per week, 8.30 am - 6.30 pm. It is located on Upper Zoar Street, Pennfields, Wolverhampton. The latest CQC inspection was carried out on 11 February 2016 and was rated as Good. The practice is aligned to a local model of care. The estimated contract value for 5 years is £2,137,697 excluding enhanced services and QAF. The estimated contract value for 10 years is £4,275,394 excluding enhanced services and QAF. It is located on Herbert Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton. A CQC inspection has not been completed under the current providers.
