The children act 1989, representations procedure (England) regulations 2006. Additional information: Cambridgeshire County Council Children's Services are looking to appoint a fully managed complaints investigation service, utilising a network of fully qualified investigating officers and independent persons ready to undertake complaint investigations. The successful service, will need to ensure that all IO's and IP's are suitably qualified social care professionals that are fully vetted and provided with comprehensive guidance, support and secure work management systems to enable them to undertake their professional roles.
