[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The primary objective of this procurement is to maximise the number of public health practitioners in the West Midlands gaining registration with the UKPHR at practitioner level, building on the experiences of cohorts 1 to 9 of the established West Midlands' Public Health Practitioner Development Scheme and other schemes from across the UK. HEE wishes to enable potential registrants to the UKPHR Public Health Practitioners' Register to complete and submit their portfolios as quickly and as easily as possible. It aims to simplify the process by: • Establishing practitioners' training needs and then commissioning training and development opportunities to meet the identified competences for registration • Commissioning sufficient support and training in portfolio development and preparation to enable practitioners to compile their evidence and produce their portfolio in a reasonable time period • Offering opportunities for peer and group support for practitioners undergoing the registration process.
