The GC's work scope includes the 'CAT B' fit-out of two floors to the existing AIA Sathorn Tower in central Bangkok -Floor 11 - Comprising circa 613m2 'Fit-Out including partitions, doors, floor/wall & ceiling finishes and mechanical / electrical installations. Works also include installation of secure walls, and associated doors complete with support steelwork as required. -Floor 12A - Comprising circa 1644m2 Fit-Out including partitions, doors, floor/wall & ceiling finishes and mechanical and electrical installations.
