General alterations to fixtures and fittings, including fitting new WCs, provision of smart boards and worktops to make the facilities appropriate to the age group. General refurbishment throughout of repainting walls, ceilings, refitting new floor and wall covering, and replacing doors. Internal modification of existing rooms. Replacement of roof and roof lights, repair work to address roof leaks, and other building deficiencies.
