They area; ### Rowan House o Complete refurbishment of 4no WC; 2no ground and no first floor. o A complete demolition and landscaping of the internal courtyard. ### Westwood House o A complete demolition and landscaping of the internal courtyard. Westwood House will remain occupied by tenants during the works, however Rowan House will be unoccupied. There is no planning or building control requirements for this project.
