The proposal is to procure an IT solution for the NHS Health Checks programme that may be utilised so as to improve efficiency and accuracy in the reporting of number of Health Checks undertaken by the Providers of this service (the GPs of Leicester City). The solution will help remove current issues related to reporting of the Health Checks programme and will improve both the data reconciliation and payment processes.
