It incorporates: - The review of congested junctions - Problem solving at sites with existing signals including design improvements, - Design of new signal junctions and the review of third party designs for new signal junctions - On site configuration and validation for adaptive signal control - Ongoing monitoring of the strategies/methodologies implemented during peak, off peak, planned and unplanned incidents. - Practical on the job training for the Worcestershire Traffic Signal team in all of the above (a-e) The Council has identified the need for a single supplier agreement that enables direct awards (call-offs) for these services.
