The system must be web-based and either hosted internally by the Council or a cloud solution using the suppliers infrastructure. The Council has no preference. An internally hosted system must operate on the current SQL Server cluster architecture deployed by the Council. No alternative internal architecture options will be considered by the Council. The proposed Contract will commence on 1st September 2018 following a contract mobilisation period(timetable as set out in Instruction to Tenderers Document) and, subject to the terms set out in ITT Document2 - Contract, shall continue for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 year period, followed by an option to extend for a further 3 years, followed by a final option to extend for further 2 years.
