The location of the site is Forrest Hills site, Hazelrigg Lane, Ellel, Lancaster, LA2 0PL. This tender is not lotted. One contractor will be awarded the full package of work. An accompanied site visit is not felt to be necessary for this tender, Lancaster University's Forrest Hills site is a public space and so sections are open to members of the public (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm) and can be explored at their convenience unaccompanied by a Purchaser's representative.
