We are keen to undertake a pre-procurement exercise to understand the markets view of how we proceed with this given the location of the building and specific project constraints. Therefore following the publication of a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to OJEU, we attach a questionnaire to this project for your response. This questionnaire in no way forms part of the evaluation of any future tender but will help Coventry City Council finalise the best route to market for undertaking these works.
