Multi-disciplinary teams of consultants are required to include planning, masterplanning, property consultancy, valuation, cost consultancy, project management, commercial and legal advice for development and regeneration projects. In addition to this, fee proposals are sought for delivery of work packages (WP) 1 and 2.
