[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender UCLH's specialist cardiology service were transferred to Barts Health NHS Trust (BHT) in May 2015 under one site called the new Heart Centre., UCLH continues to see significant numbers of patients with cardiac problems either as: a primary diagnosis, a feature of other diseases or as a concurrent condition to the one for which they were admitted. Therefore cardiac services still need to be provided at UCH (and other sites) for the Trust. These patients tend, because of UCLH's specialist services, to have a range of higher and more complex cardiology needs than would generally be encountered in a local hospital.
