The temporary site will serve the incoming Turing House School cohort of 200 pupils over two years. Turing House School will occupy both modular units (to be delivered by a separate contractor over the summer 2018) and a section of the existing school to be refurbished (refer to drawings for further detail). Refurbishment schedule of works are attached as '1284 Turing House School Clarendon Temp Site SOW April 18' this document should be read in conjunction with drawing '1284\_CL\_200 refurbishment plan A1 MW (1)'. The Design and Access statement has also been issued to provide further details on background and site strategy for Turing House School and should be read by bidders that are interested in the scheme.
