EEM wishes to enter a framework agreement with multiple contractors in order to support our Members by providing a framework of contractors with suitable experience in undertaking minor and major adaption works and all associated building, plumbing and electrical works on behalf of local authorities. Adaptation works will help our Members, service users, enjoy their daily lives by maintaining a level of independence within their own home.
