The solution as identified (Citrix ShareFile) will require an upgrade to IWM's current Infrastructure. IWM will require a resilient solution with a Netscaler at both its London and Duxford sites. IWM are already using Citrix Netscalers and these already have configuration in place for remote access so any potential downtime will need to be kept at an absolute minimum. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
