The team requires Specialist Technical Services (the Contractor) to provide technical expertise to the group and to undertake a comprehensive review of Highways England's Severe Weather Requirements for the provision of its Severe Weather Service in the form of our DMRB compliant Severe Weather Plan and template. Highways England is looking to set up a contract to provide specialist expertise in severe weather which is not available within Highways England.
