The aim and purpose of this event is to work with HVAC experts to bring a 'suppliers' perspective and experiences to ensure that the resultant tender documents are both focused and efficient for all. (Please refer to the attached document titled HVAC - Service for further information of the proposed service) Details of the engagement workshop are:- Date: 25th July 2018; Time 09.30 to 13.00 - (Please note this time will include the opportunity of a site visit); Venue:- The University of Plymouth, Drake Circus, Plymouth, PL4 8AA; Should you wish to attend this event - please RSVP your request via email to:- Those suppliers that wish to attend the engagement workshop should provide the following details; Name of attendees & their position; Organisation; Contact Telephone Number; and Contact email address.
