Although the contract is established for use by Derby City Council, Council Arm's Length Management Organisations (ALMO) such as Derby Homes Ltd, associated Trusts and Derby City Partnerships are eligible to make use of the contract should they elect to do so. The initial contract period is 24 months (2 years), 01/11/2017 to 31/10/2019, with an option to extend the contract for 24 months (2 years) in annual increments of 12 months (1 year) subject to satisfactory performance and business needs.
