The project is partly grant funded. If the Council is successful in securing a grant from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), then a condition of this grant is that the new build elements of the works are assessed following the BREEAM method of assessment and are to achieve a "Very Good" rating. The Council is initially therefore only looking for expressions of interest from contractors who have experience in delivering projects that have achieved a BREEAM rating of "Very Good" or higher. Note that if the Council is unsuccessful in securing the ERDF grant, then the requirement to achieve a BREEAM rating of "Very Good" will be withdrawn from the project before it goes to tender. ## CPV classification Building construction work Source Contracts Finder (UK) [View official notice](https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/da22dde8-47f6-448b-9877-5f1f92514e34) Never miss a tender like this again Get AI summaries, deadline alerts and a bid pipeline for tenders matched to your business.
